You can resubscribe or export your records at any time during that window. Data may be purged after seven years of continuous inactivity.

You can end your existing supervision relationship and start a new one with a different supervisor at any time. Hours logged under the previous supervisor stay in your record and remain countable toward your licensure totals — the supervisor identity is preserved on each entry. Your new supervisor will only see entries logged under the new relationship.

Yes. Texas BHEC allows up to 2 active supervisors per license type. Clarity supports concurrent active relationships — the Supervisee Pro plan unlocks multi-supervisor tracking, including separate hour totals and submission queues per supervisor.

Yes. Use the Prior Hours Import tool to record hours you accumulated before signing up — direct, indirect, and supervision totals as a single backfilled entry. Once your supervisor reviews and locks the import, those hours count toward your totals alongside live-tracked entries.
